Healing You

Perinatal Counseling

Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.
— Brene Brown

Why Perinatal Counseling

The journey into parenthood is unique. You are not only welcoming a new life into this world, but you are also bearing witness to a new you. Even before baby is conceived, a shift happens as you begin to paint a picture of your future. It is important to nurture your emotional wellbeing. Giving space to care for you has a positive correlation on your health, baby’s health and reduces your risk of postpartum depression and anxiety.

To the birth giver who is trying to heal in silence, you don’t have to walk this journey alone
